Systems Thinking

Archimedes said, “Give me a lever long enough …….and single-handed I can move the world”.

Systems thinking is a leverage thinking and more than a powerful problem solving tool. System thinking aims at connecting things. It goes by the saying “everything is connected to everything”. Every decision we make will always have some effect-positive or negative. For example, our  growing demands for more energy , has increased the burning of fossil fuels which has thereby cause global warming.

To make systems thinking simple, there are a certain set of laws and archetyes. Laws can be observed with individual behaviors while archetypes can be observed in group behavioral patterns.
